I stand before you today with immense joy and the deepest of blessings as we gather to extend this heartfelt invitation. It is with great pleasure that we announce the opening of the 6th International Art Exhibition, "Artscent," a celebration of global artworks that will grace the heart of the United States. On the auspicious day of the 24th of June 2023, a Saturday, at the stroke of 1 PM, we invite you to join us at the esteemed Jyotikriti Art Gallery, located on Maxine Street in the enchanting land of Maryland.

As I present this invitation to you, I offer my sincerest blessings to Jyotikriti Art Gallery, whose vision and unwavering dedication have paved the way for this extraordinary event. May their endeavors be blessed with boundless success, and may their commitment to spreading the word of art in contemporary times shine as a beacon of inspiration for us all.

"Artscent" is more than just an exhibition; it is a testament to the beauty and power of art. This remarkable showcase brings together the talents of artists from India, the United States, Peru, and the Dominican Republic, uniting cultures through the universal language of creativity. "Celebrando al Arte", es un puente entre lo virtual y lo real, es una muestra presencial en progreso, reuniendo obras de artistas contemporáneos, colegas en redes sociales. Configuremos la Colección Sidera de Prints con certificados de autencidad. Será una selección de valor cultural y potencial terapéutico. La exposición inició el viernes 14 de abril, como antesala al Día Mundial del Arte y se completará en mayo. Registraré en mi Blog, luego, consiguiendo auspicios, serán prints que se irán exponiendo en sala, dando la bienvenida al primer grupo de participantes para el Taller de Arte Terapia que daré en la Biblioteca España de las Artes del Centro Cultural de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.

Exposición internacional de arte dirigida por la Dra. Gladys Mabel Cantelmi, figura pública, embajadora de paz, curadora de esta propuesta de promoción cultural y ayuda que llegará a niños de Nairobi.

El costo de participación es de 45 euros.

Incluye la impresión de la obra, que será presentada en dos espacios culturales, habrá una apreciación artística para cada obra participante, el texto será de la curadora y figurará en el catálogo, también se otorgará certificado de participación.

Fecha límite para la inscripción 31 de mayo 2023

Participemos en este proyecto de exposición que compartirá con los niños nuestras expresiones de belleza y deseos de paz.

Promotores culturales

Fue un verano, hace varios años, cuando la UNESCO en el Perú avaló un ciclo cultural organizado por el Instituto Nacional de Cultura. El evento, por su calidad, fue reconocido como una formación para Promotor Cultural. 

Tuve la gracia de asistir con mi madre y de coincidir con varios amigos de Arte (historia del arte, UNMSM, mi carrera de pre-grado). Realmente, fueron conferencias magistrales, charlas con artistas, literatos, científicos sociales y personalidades de la cultura, maravillando a nuestros espíritus. Se generó un extraordinario espacio de interacción, también tuvimos prácticas, visitamos diferentes sitios arqueológicos, museos y muestras. Cada encuentro significó más que conocimientos, fue vislumbre del vuelo humano y de la importancia de nuestra cultura. Estoy segura que la dicha fue general y, aunque pasó hace mucho tiempo, aún resuenan esas voces y las inquietudes que surgieron nos han venido acompañando; de hecho, esa experiencia ha contribuido en mi formación personal y en mi trabajo de artista. Para el alma queda que pude compartirlo con mi madre. Al final nos dieron el diploma como promotoras culturales. Ella, mi Rosita, siempre está ávida por las manifestaciones creadoras, es estudiosa, fue maestra y sigue siendo mi más grande promotora hacia el arte. Estos años duros de aislamientos, sin ir a lo que tanto nos movía: una charla, un concierto o un paseo cultural, espero que ya el cielo nos permita retomar estas gracias; reuniendo coraje, saldar los pendientes. A ver si evocamos esos días gratos. El ejercicio del espíritu debe ser constante.

Entre las opciones a las que nos vimos limitados, tras la red, nuestra intuición, la curiosidad y la voluntad, nos hacen contactar con personas valiosas, nuevas amistades. Algunas de ellas, cultivadas en aulas, otras desde la experiencia de vida, admirables. A ellas, que comparten su tiempo entre la familia y las actividades que las llevan a realizar sus anhelos, ligados a la cultura, a su expresión artística y a incentivar al talento, las encontramos en el mundo virtual, espacio que vivifican con sus fuerzas. Hay algo que viene de antaño, comulgando con la sabiduría en la tierra, que tal vez impulse sus acciones en los medios de hoy; a veces parecen desenfadadas, pero traen lo que se precisa. L🌐s reconozco como promotor🌐s culturales. 

Lecturas para el alma - Time for new readings & comments

La buena lectura es un bálsamo en la vida. 

 

Desde hace un tiempo vivo en duelo por tres seres especiales, que en menos de tres meses dejaron este plano de existencia. Fueron mujeres con quienes he compartido diferentes vivencias: Ani, Rosi y Roswitha, todas cercanas, compañeras de arte y más. Siempre con ellas en el corazón. Ani, fue la amiga verdadera, y yo a la distancia. Por animarla, apenas atiné a acompañarla con algunos mensanjitos digitales e intentos de reconocimientos a través del arte, lo que ella siempre apoyó. Rosi, me tuvo cerca, físicamente, nos acompañamos, pese a sus distancias de brillos intermitentes, fue su senitud. Roswitha, maestra, artista y amiga, con ella se fortalecía mi alma, presenciando su gran voluntad vuelta en creatividad. Ella se involucró en las acciones participativas que impulsé en red, ya que sólo de vez en cuando podíamos encontrarnos en vivo. 🎕

Ahora, en mi taller, estoy ordenándome, recordándolas en nuestro mes de las mujeres. Recién me doy tiempo para detalles y pude ver un singular anuncio que me trajo estos libros de Dharshana Bajaj. Presiento que serán ese bálsamo para renovar mi amor por la vida, para volver en mí, como niña entre lecturas de naturaleza y arte. Las tres almas con quienes compartí antes, gustaban mucho de las lecturas, especialmente si traían belleza, tanto en contenido como en forma; y estos libros, además de la lectura, vienen con significativas portadas, ilustraciones de la misma autora. Prometen y creo que serán una delicia que vendría bien a muchos.
